Two athletes are never equal at everything. Rate each partner’s strengths and get a station-by-station division that plays to both — who pushes more sled, who holds the carry, who closes the wall balls. Then share the plan.

Each athlete runs two rounds, four apart, for a full 3-round rest between efforts.
The golden rule: the weaker partner in a station starts it fresh, and the stronger partner closes it out. A stalled sled or a missed wall ball costs far more time than a perfect rep ratio ever saves — keep both athletes functional for all eight rounds.
